This new Program Director position will grow new, innovative programs that meet the needs of the members and grow MCA membership. Works within existing programs to strengthen attendance, sponsorship and brand identity. Creates relationships with members, enhancing their membership value. This position is being created to meet the expectations of the MCA’s strategic plan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Education Foundation/Adult Workforce Development (40%)
  2. Events (30%)
  3. Construction Leadership Council (20%)
  4. Membership Support (10%)
  5. Be an entrepreneurial team player (100%)
