CENTURY COMPANIES, INC., A HIGHLY REPUTABLE HEAVY CIVIL, CONCRETE AND ASPHALT PAVING CONTRACTOR BASED IN LEWISTOWN, MONTANA, IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION:

PROJECT MANAGER

Classification: Full Time
Compensation:  Wage is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
Work Location: Montana/North Dakota/Wyoming

Position Objective: 

This position is responsible for providing project management support to the Division Manager.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for the management and coordination of all aspects of a construction project including:  

• Project scheduling and coordination with owners, general contractor, subcontractors, material suppliers, and other trades.
• Responsible for timely deliveries of required submittals, project restrictions, phasing and staging.
• Supervise Project Engineer and Superintendent (s) on project.
• Responsible for equipment selection, staffing and productivities.
• Managing financial oversight; estimating, budget review, change orders, billing and overall profit/loss reporting.
• Maintaining project records; timecards, daily productions, documentation and correspondence.
• Monitoring quality assurance.
• Managing fuel reporting.
• Coordinating tool and equipment tracking.
• Obtaining required permits.
• Coordinating and tracking deliveries of equipment, materials, forms, etc.

Competencies:  

• Engineering degree or 5+ years experience in Construction or a related field required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
